Alongside the modern tramway, Blackpool runs a heritage fleet on selected days: open-top boats, Balloon cars and, during Illuminations season, the famous illuminated trams shaped like a rocket and a ship.
Tickets are separate from the normal tram fare and the illuminated tours sell out early in the season.
